Qualifications

• BS in engineering, construction management, or business.
• Minimum 7+ years in Energy Engineering with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects (Gas Turbine, Reciprocating Engines).
• Firm understanding of financial management.
• Demonstrated success managing large multi-discipline programs, projects, multi-office projects, or multiple projects.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of medium- to large multi-discipline engineering projects across multiple offices.
• Support business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, and contract development.
• Submit documents to federal, state, and local authorities for permits.
• Meet with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships for business development.
• Plan, organize, communicate, and coordinate project engagements.
• Prepare project opening orders, schedules, executions, and closings.
• Achieve objectives in scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain accurate project records and performance metrics.
• Analyze project performance, resources, profitability, and revenues.
• Identify potential out-of-scope work and manage change orders.
• Identify and manage project risk from proposal through duration.
