Alpha Inc. seeks a Project Manager I – Energy to lead energy, utility, and infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and safety align with client expectations. You will collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to deliver on commitments.

The role requires managing risk, documents, and plans while avoiding scope creeps and schedule slippage. Energetic leadership and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial-scale renewable energy or electrical projects.
• 2+ years of Project Management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Battery Storage Systems and Utility-Scale Distribution is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Project Management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from inception through closeout.
• Oversee energy, utility, power, reliability, and infrastructure-based projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and risk.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments.
• Document progress, communicate status, and protect the paper trail.
