Critical Loop, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the schedule, budget, and outcomes of multiple energy project deployments from sales through operation.

You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, utilities, and customers in a hybrid in-person environment in Torrance, CA. The role requires strong organization, budget control, and ability to drive projects to on-time completion while maintaining safety and compliance.

• Experience delivering complex energy or construction projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, and utilities.
• Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

• Own schedule, budget, and success of multiple concurrent energy project deployments.
• Manage interconnection processes across California utilities and others.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and third-party contractors.
• Maintain primary contact with customers and manage expectations throughout project execution.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and monitor KPIs with updates to management.
• Develop and maintain Gantt-style schedules with real dependency logic and adapt to field changes.
