Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Financial & Data Analyst to support financial performance tracking across a defense contract portfolio. You will help with revenue forecasting, spend plan development, margin analysis, and variance reporting while building advanced Excel trackers and models.

You will contribute to PowerPoint briefings and dashboards for leadership reviews, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

Experience interpreting relational data and basic data querying concepts.
Familiar with financial markets concepts including risk, return and performance evaluation.
Experience with data extraction from enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel data analysis functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Knowledge of basic programming concepts, scripting, data manipulation, and automation.
Experience with dashboard development and automation of recurring reporting processes.
Ability to present quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders and support leadership reviews.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected completion by Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

Track financial performance across multiple tasks and workstreams.
