The Operations Manager role focuses on day-to-day program administration under the Program Manager, overseeing operations, workflow, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting to ensure compliant and effective program delivery in San Diego County.

Qualifications

• Experience using software platforms to manage application workflows, track project and program activities, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Ability to analyze program performance metrics, interpret data, and prepare meaningful reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, clients, contractors, employees, and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or similar CRM/database platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of operation team goals towards program KPIs.
• Oversee payment reviews, application intake, customer service inquiries, and operations team scheduling.
• Manage program and project forecasting, tracking, invoicing, and reporting activities.
• Provide oversight of weekly and monthly program performance reporting.
• Collaborate with program teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer and client satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams on process improvement and QA requirements.
• Manage and track compliance related to contracts, amendments, proposals, and subcontracts.
