Job summary

CLEAResult is recruiting an Account Manager to ensure project targets by recruiting, onboarding, and training Participating Contractors for the Comfort Ready Metro NY program in Downstate New York.

You will act as the contractor-facing program representative, encourage participation, and support successful contractor engagement. You will track data to optimize outreach and measure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation is required.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Weatherization, HVAC or Building Construction preferred.
• BPI, OSHA & EPA Lead certifications preferred, or ability to obtain/pass skills test; training provided.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Outlook/Excel/OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Participating Contractors and onboard them into the program.
• Coordinate and train Participating Contractors; provide onboarding trainings.
• Translate trainings for installers and non-native English speakers.
• Manage quarterly contractor allocations and performance.
• Lead regular meetings with Participating Contractors to review progress.
• Provide feedback and address underperformance and escalations.
• Draft correspondence about deadlines and program changes on request.
• Coordinate contractor events and webinars; gather lessons learned and share across teams.
