Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Sr. Manager, Energy Program Management to lead a team of project managers and oversee electrical design and delivery for multiple Games venues in Los Angeles.

This in‑person role reports to the Head of the Energy Program Management Office and drives schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination across internal and external teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction or energy PM, a related bachelor’s degree, and certifications like PMP/IPMA/CEM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction or energy project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management or closely related.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, IPMA, CEM) strongly preferred.
• Experience managing and delivering complex electrical projects through planning, design, and implementation phases.
• Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Smartsheet, Power BI / Tableau or other PM tools.
• Experience working with senior executives across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ project managers across energy venues.
• Plan, schedule, and lead cross‑functional meetings with engineering, design, and power teams.
• Develop and implement detailed venue construction schedules.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Track risks, actions, decisions, issues, and opportunities; report to leadership.
