Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Energy/utility knowledge is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet monthly targets.
• Serve as main POC between the public, program management, planning, and client.
• Track program progress and report weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Update program documentation and guidelines as needed.
• QA review of projects and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors for satisfaction.
• Assist in development of program tools for monitoring progress.
• Present program details to diverse audiences for recruitment and training.
• Support Outreach events and conferences as required.
• Willingness to travel within New Jersey (~10%).
