Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy efficiency, clean energy, or program administration.
• Leadership experience in launching or scaling programs.
• Strong business development and sales track record.
• Knowledge of utility program design and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for program administration and implementation opportunities.
• Develop growth plans, go-to-market strategy, and multi-year targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, and data analytics teams to shape offerings.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships with regulators and partners.
• Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery excellence and equity objectives.
