Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. You will develop strategy, secure new clients, and build delivery capability to help utilities and government clients achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape differentiated offerings, and maintain senior relationships with clients and regulators to expand opportunities and ensure high-quality program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration, with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience launching or scaling energy programs and strong business development capability.
• Strong understanding of utility program design, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for program administration and implementation opportunities with utilities and agencies.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the practice, including go-to-market strategy and multi-year targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings responding to regulatory, market, and equity priorities.
• Build senior-level client relationships to identify opportunities and position Cadmus as a trusted program administrator.
• Provide executive oversight of delivery to ensure compliance, data integrity, and achievement of goals.
