Job summary

Energy Northwest is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Energy and Professional Services organization, guiding development of new and existing services and managing budgets for diverse programs. The role drives business development, interfaces with member utilities, and coordinates complex projects from proposal through execution.

Responsibilities include leading teams, conducting cost/benefit and risk analyses, drafting contracts, and ensuring high performance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent experience in business development or related field.
• Six years of progressive experience, including five in business development.
• Experience in budgeting and procurement processes.
• Strong leadership and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new professional services products.
• Interface with member utilities to identify needs and opportunities.
• Lead concept development and implementation of projects/services.
• Perform cost/benefit and risk analyses for review boards.
• Oversee all phases of project/program development and procurement.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and financing documents.
• Manage staff, provide training, and oversee performance.
