Job summary

Energy Northwest seeks an executive to provide vision, leadership, and management for the Energy and Professional Services department. Oversee development of professional services, energy programs, and new power facilities, while helping set business goals and metrics.

Responsible for budgeting across projects from thousands to hundreds of millions, directing program development and implementation, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.
• 12 years of progressive relevant experience; 2 years in a formal leadership role required.
• In lieu of degree, 20 years progressive experience; advanced degree may substitute two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product or service ideas and take them through implementation.
• Collaborate with peer managers to develop and implement new opportunities and drive them to completion.
• Interface with member utilities and outside entities to advance opportunities.
• Lead cost/benefit and risk evaluations and presentations to review boards and management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field

High school diploma/GED + 20 years progressive experience

Advanced degree may substitute 2 years of experience
