Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years facility/plant management experience in electric and steam production and maintenance
• Associate's degree in engineering or related field with 7+ years facility/plant management experience in electric and steam production and maintenance
• Ten years of facility/plant management experience in electric and steam production and maintenance

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of steam and electrical generation and distribution across campus facilities
• Manage personnel, budgets, and capital/operational projects
• Oversee safety, compliance, and environmental monitoring
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors
• Develop SOPs and preventive maintenance plans
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis
• Prepare and manage department budgets and inventory
