Job summary

Miami University Energy Systems is seeking a Maintenance Planning Specialist (Energy Systems) to plan, coordinate, and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance. Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance activities for Energy Systems.
• Develops detailed job plans including scope, hours, materials, and safety requirements.
• Coordinates outages and contractor activities for planned maintenance.
• Maintains CMMS records and quality of maintenance documentation.
• Tracks maintenance performance indicators and backlog.
