Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in the operation of an area of a department so the Supervisor can focus on people, ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and filling in positions as needed.

The role supports Lean Manufacturing processes and may require additional manufacturing duties. The candidate will identify shortages, notify Supervisors of solutions, and facilitate implementation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience Preferred Qualifications: Previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
