The Team Coordinator will learn all positions, fill in as needed, and escalate issues to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the manufacturing line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resource shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
