The role emphasizes financial modeling, collaboration with marketing, technology, operations, and finance, and the delivery of profitable programs across retail energy products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail-focused product development, offer/channel strategy or marketing.
• 3+ years with financial modeling or customer margin analysis.
• Experience with energy or alternative energy products (solar, battery, EVs, VPPs, Demand Response) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel-based modeling; SAS/Tableau beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new systems (CRM tools).
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess commercial viability of offerings and design programs meeting financial metrics (margin, sales, ROI).
• Translate complex energy ideas into simple customer offerings.
• Generate new concepts through ideation methods and opportunistic thinking.
• Understand target audience and analyze insights to propose and deliver products/programs/partnerships.
• Lead implementation of new products from ideation to market launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage product verticals and support optimization of design, marketing and sales tactics.
