Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in retail-focused product development, offer/channel strategy, or marketing.
• 3+ years with financial modeling or customer margin analysis.
• Experience with energy or alternative energy products (solar, batteries, EVs, VPPs) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel-based modeling; SAS/Tableau helpful; willingness to learn new systems.
• College degree and/or certifications applicable to the skills required.
• Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and solving complex problems.
• Strong communication and teamwork with internal/external stakeholders.
