Qualifications

5+ years in retail-focused product development, offer/channel strategy, or marketing.
3+ years with financial modeling or customer margin analysis.
Experience with energy or alternative energy products (solar, batteries, EVs, VPPs) preferred.
Proficiency in Excel-based modeling; SAS/Tableau helpful; willingness to learn new systems.
College degree and/or certifications applicable to the skills required.
Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and solving complex problems.
Strong communication and teamwork with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assess commercial viability of offerings using financial metrics (margin, ROI).
Translate complex energy ideas into simple customer offerings.
Generate new concepts through ideation and market analysis.
Define audiences, analyze research insights, and propose products and partnerships.
Lead product design and market launch with cross-functional teams.
Support product optimization and go-to-market activities with marketing and sales.
