Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to comprehend technical aspects of products.
• Demonstrated job performance and good verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in customer service or operations related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Xcel Energy processes and systems preferred.
• 10-key typing ability preferred.
• Good analytical and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for customer products on a timely basis and enter into systems of record.
• Perform peer reviews for quality control and provide backup during high activity.
• Respond to customer inquiries and settle disputes regarding program participation and related issues.
• Support vendor management, invoice management, inventory management, and technology development; coordinate with Product Operations.
• Identify and recommend process and system changes to improve operations and customer service.
• Support escalated issues with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties including special projects.
