Job summary

The role acts as an operational hub, translating strategy into action and coordinating cross-functional programs with finance, talent, and marketing teams.

You will drive quarterly planning, leadership communications, and investments while strengthening regional and global collaboration to enhance market impact in a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, including strategic project management and client interaction.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; quantitative skills in data modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic plans and operational initiatives across the ENR Practice.
• Coordinate global projects and manage events and communications to support leadership priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Talent Management, Marketing, Legal, and IT to drive investments and performance.
