Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services or management consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity with AI/work-optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans and operational enhancements.
• Support budgeting, governance, and investment analyses for the Practice.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, IT and other teams.
