Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Business Impact Manager (BIM) to partner with ENR Practice Leadership, driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and coordination across global leadership, with a focus on the Americas.

You will translate strategy into action, manage cross-functional projects with Finance, Talent, Marketing, Legal and IT, and support budgeting, planning, and performance review processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, including strategic project management and client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, with strong storytelling and communication skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional quantitative skills, with proficiency in data modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools.
• Proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including executive audiences.
• Keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, articulation, and implementation of strategic plans and operational initiatives across the Practice.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Practice Leadership Team, driving agendas that support key objectives and ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
• Execute projects aligned with the practice's strategic priorities, leveraging resources from across the firm.
• Facilitate leadership and team meetings, ensuring purposeful agendas and tracked outcomes.
• Develop internal communications and comprehensive business cases to support decision-making and investments.
• Oversee organization and execution of team events and activities aligned with strategic goals.
• Coordinate and manage global projects that support the practice's strategic direction and operational framework.
