Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is seeking a Business Impact Manager (BIM) to drive operations strategy across the Americas practice. The role coordinates with finance, marketing, talent management and legal, preparing MIS and supporting go-to-market initiatives.

The BIM will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment with three days in the office, contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional projects that shape the firm’s priorities and client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services or management consulting.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with ability to craft exec-ready presentations.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills with knowledge of generative AI and optimization tools; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic plans and operational enhancements.
• Execute special projects aligned to top priorities across the practice.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure goals, objectives, and deadlines are met; lead meetings.
• Draft internal communications and management presentations; build business cases.
• Assist budgeting, planning, and execution phases of large-scale events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams on investments and MIS.
