Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development of analysis, evaluation, design, and approaches for electrification and EV fleet adoption within client programs.
• Provide electrification and renewable energy advisory and design support nationwide (federal, state, municipal, transit, school, and commercial).
• Educate internal leaders on new policies and funding opportunities for electrification.
• Perform financial modeling, cost-benefit analyses, and incentive evaluations.
• Champion R&D related to green electrification and renewables to meet client needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams on complex strategic initiatives in mobility space.
• Be both a seller and doer, guiding clients through new areas while aligning with company direction.
• Collaborate across practices to advance the discipline.
• Mentor technical staff and engage with researchers, vendors, and clients.
• Lead webinars and technical talks to promote discipline goals.
• Support TGAs related to data center power, decarbonization, and campus-scale grid upgrades.
