Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; PE license preferred.

• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analysis, design, and approaches for electrification and EV fleet adoption.
• Provide electrification advisory and design support to clients nationwide.
• Educate internal leaders on policies and funding opportunities for electrification.
• Lead financial modeling, cost-benefit analyses, and incentives evaluation.
• Champion R&D related to green energy and renewables; drive cross-functional programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across practices to advance mobility goals.
• Balance selling with doing to guide clients through new areas in mobility.
• Mentor technical staff and engage with researchers, vendors, and clients.
