Job summary

The role focuses on thought leadership, client advisory, and building multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex projects in a growing market.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, a strong electrical engineering background, and 12+ years’ experience, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Electrical Technology.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 12 years of related experience, travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analysis and design approaches for electric vehicle fleet adoption.
• Provide electrification and renewable energy advisory to clients nationwide.
• Educate internal leaders on new policies and funding opportunities.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses including financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with researchers, vendors, and other stakeholders to advance electrification initiatives.
• Lead webinars and provide technical luminescence to promote discipline goals.
