Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; PE license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct analysis, evaluation, and design for electrification initiatives.
• Provide advisory and design support for electrification and renewable energy projects nationwide.
• Educate internal teams on policies and funding opportunities for electrification.
• Lead financial modeling, cost-benefit analyses, and incentive evaluations.
• Drive R&D in green electrification and renewable energy to meet client needs.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with external stakeholders.
