Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or related discipline.
• Professional engineer (PE) license.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the development of analysis, evaluation, design, and development of approaches and processes in support of electric vehicle fleet adoption by clients and customers.
• Provide electrification and renewable energy advisory and design support services to clients nationwide, including business modeling, financial planning, and program development.
• Educate internal leaders and teams on new policies and funding opportunities for electrification.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis, including financial modeling, cost-benefit analyses, and evaluation of incentives.
• Champion R&D initiatives related to green/electrification/renewable energy to support emerging trends and client needs.
• Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams in developing and implementing complex strategic efforts.
• Be a seller and a doer, helping clients navigate new areas while guiding mobility space direction.
