Energy + Environmental Economics (E3) is seeking an Associate to research and evaluate energy policy questions and support client work. You will help develop forecasting models, quantify market strategies, and study stakeholder needs, delivering clear analyses for decision‑makers.

Hybrid, office‑based environment with collaboration across SF, Boston, New York, and Calgary teams; typically 0–5% travel. Requires strong Excel/PowerPoint, plus curiosity and rigorous problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field (engineering, economics, public policy or similar).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; programming experience in Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist research and evaluation to inform customer work under senior guidance.
• Contribute to in‑house forecasting models and analyze market strategies.
• Translate research results into clear visual representations for stakeholders.
• Develop policy and market overviews and support client-ready outputs.
