Vitruvian Health seeks a Central Energy Plant Supervisor to lead boiler operators and central plant staff in Dalton, GA. This role ensures safe operation of boilers, chillers, and utility systems, while coordinating maintenance, safety training, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical training in boiler operations, HVAC, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• Underground Storage Tank Operator certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of boiler operators and central plant staff.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of boilers, chillers, pumps, and steam systems.
• Monitor performance and maximize efficiency while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain logs, records, and regulatory documentation; coordinate maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and support capital projects and energy initiatives.
