Job summary

Ever-Green Energy is seeking a Boiler Plant Operator/Control Room Operator to manage operations at the Southeast and Main Energy Plants. The role requires boiler operation expertise, license, and strong communication.

Responsibilities include safe operation of boilers, turbines, chillers, and auxiliaries, with duties in procedure writing, training, and cross-training. Overtime and rotating shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Vo-tech training or equivalent as a Boiler Operator.
• First Class A MN Boiler Engineer’s License.
• Ability to coordinate operations and maintenance with self-initiation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Controls, monitors, starts, stops, regulates, and evaluates plant systems and equipment.
• Operates boilers, turbine/generator, gas turbine, chillers, and auxiliaries from the control room.
• Maintains safe, efficient operation of all plant systems.
• Assists with procedure writing, training, maintenance, and cross-training.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
