Job summary

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. seeks an Assistant Central Utility Plant Supervisor to oversee two central utility plants on the CDC Atlanta Campus.

You will supervise skilled trades, schedule preventive maintenance, and assure reliable operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and generators. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a strong background in multiple trades, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Class III Power Engineer / Operating Engineer Certification required.
• CFM designation preferred; willingness to obtain relevant credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of two central utility plants and campus grounds.
• Schedule and assign preventive maintenance; track labor and materials.
• Ensure boiler, chiller, cooling towers, and generators operate reliably and safely.
• Supervise skilled trades staff and support staff development; conduct safety training.
