Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks an Energy Pitches and Pursuits Manager to lead strategic proposals, panel appointments, and energy-sector business development efforts on a global scale.

You will work with BD, finance, pricing, compliance, and other teams to create compelling, compliant submissions and to raise win rates across markets. This role requires strong project management, judgment, and stakeholder relations at all levels.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in business development, proposals, or pursuits within professional services or legal contexts.
• Experience building proposals, RFP responses, tenders, and credentials for clients.
• Experience preparing teams for client interviews and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sector, practice, and BD teams to develop proposals and pursuit materials.
• Lead development of tailored pitch materials for strategic client opportunities.
• Maintain pitch content, credentials, and sector materials in knowledge systems.
• Apply best practices to ensure client-focused, compliant submissions aligned with brand.
• Analyze market intelligence to inform pursuit strategies and proposals.
• Advise pursuit teams for client presentations and post-pitch reviews.
