Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to lead its residential energy efficiency program in southern New Jersey. You will oversee outreach campaigns, educate eligible households, and coordinate with internal teams to meet program targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of outreach experience, strong community engagement skills, and a proven ability to manage a team of 8–10 specialists. Travel up to 50% within southern NJ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of outreach and engagement experience in energy efficiency.
• 1–3 years leading a team with onboarding and training responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale outreach campaigns and projects.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency for residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and engagement for a large-scale residential energy efficiency program in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement campaigns to maximize customer acquisition into the program.
• Provide supervision and training to a team of 8–10 outreach specialists.
• Develop outreach strategy aligned with program needs and client goals.
• Build community partnerships to generate trusted leads for the program.
