Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of utility commercial transactions or related experience.
- Experience negotiating energy or capacity transactions and commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary power supply portfolio representative for data centers, large commercial and industrial loads, and major projects.
- Evaluate capacity, energy, resource adequacy, and portfolio impacts of large-load opportunities.
- Support negotiations with customers, developers, and stakeholders on commitments and terms.
- Develop innovative commercial structures balancing customer needs with portfolio economics.
- Provide strategic support by identifying options, evaluating market alternatives, and communicating implications.
- Coordinate large-load capacity committees, ISO coordination, and portfolio monitoring.
