Job summary

Prologis seeks a Director, Energy Markets to lead market strategy, forecasting, and commercial optimization for its energy platform. You will evaluate wholesale and retail power markets, guide energy solution underwriting, and manage environmental commodity positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, business, engineering, energy or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in wholesale electricity markets, energy trading or regulatory strategy.
• Deep familiarity with power pools, RTO/ISO structures, risk allocation and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence, forecasting, and revenue forecasts for solar, energy storage, mobility and related projects.
• Develop hedging, trading, and optimization strategies for energy assets and portfolio level exposure.
• Manage environmental commodity positions and strategies (EACs, carbon credits, etc.).
• Oversee energy supply pricing and risk management for retail/wholesale scenarios across Prologis' portfolio.
