ICF, a global advisory and technology services provider, is seeking an Associate Director to join its Energy Analytics practice. You will lead energy efficiency, electrification, DER, and decarbonization studies for US and Canadian utilities and government agencies, and support regulatory filings as needed.

You will mentor staff, manage projects, and develop innovative program strategies while delivering high-quality analyses and client deliverables, co-author reports, and help grow the practice

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in energy consulting, energy management, DSM studies or related.
• Demonstrated experience with project and resource management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead energy efficiency, electrification, DER and decarbonization studies for US/Canadian utilities/government.
• Assist with dispatch strategy co-optimization of DERs.
• Develop market adoption curves for DER technologies.
• Design innovative DER program strategies.
• Conduct market research on energy efficiency technologies.
• Perform advanced energy savings calculations and economic analyses.
• Oversee market research and develop industry expertise.
• Support business development and proposal writing.
• Manage large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
• Prepare and present persuasive reports and deliverables.
