Job summary

ElectronX is seeking a high-energy sales professional to own and grow a portfolio of hedger accounts in the Houston and Austin energy ecosystem. The role is in-person, relationship-driven, with weekly contact, dinners, events, and live demos.

You will win the first trades and scale each account into recurring volume, shaping how hourly power trading via API is adopted by modern buyers in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Qualifications

• Credibility and relationships in target vertical, ideally from selling into or working with the accounts you’ll cover.
• Relationship-based seller who hunts—open doors via reputation and referrals, then grow depth over time.
• Highly autonomous and self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes without heavy structure above you.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio end to end — find, engage, and activate the accounts in it.
• Take accounts from first trade to meaningful, recurring volume, growing the depth of each book over time.
• Own the revenue your portfolio generates and the full sales cycle behind it.
