Job summary

The Kinsley Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy and demand generation across onsite power, generator service, and distributed energy markets. You will set strategy, oversee execution, and manage vendors while supporting sales with compelling content and campaigns.

You will drive the website overhaul on WordPress, improve HubSpot adoption and build a practical content engine tied to qualified leads, recruiting strength and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leader capable of setting strategy and leading execution.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage vendors.
• Experience supporting sales teams and building measurable marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand leadership across public materials and internal communications.
• Develop market messaging for energy sectors including CHP, microgrids and BESS.
• Own WordPress website launch and ongoing optimization.
• Oversee HubSpot campaigns, tracking and reporting with sales.
• Build content calendar supporting lead generation, recruiting and growth.
• Coordinate with partners and OEMs for compliant marketing.
