Link Logistics Real Estate seeks a Director of Marketing – Development and Power & Infrastructure to lead product marketing, storytelling, and content across its industrial development footprint, including power-enabled sites and data centers.

This role partners with Corporate Communications and Development teams nationwide to craft narratives, go-to-market materials, and thought leadership while ensuring brand alignment and stakeholder engagement across public meetings and broker events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or communications.
• Proven storyteller and content leader with a track record of developing narratives and case studies for technical products.
• Practical understanding of data center infrastructure and operations; background in electrical or mechanical engineering is a strong plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical, executive, and public-sector audiences.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical, development, and communications teams.
• Strong narrative writing, copywriting, editing, and presentation development skills.
• Experience managing agencies, consultants, and creative partners.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead product marketing, positioning, and storytelling for industrial development platforms including power-served sites and data centers.
• Translate technical information into clear customer-facing narratives.
• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to develop go-to-market messaging on power and data center topics.
• Maintain knowledge of development timelines and permitting milestones to reflect project status in content.
• Execute strategic communications for development and power & infrastructure pursuits with leadership.
• Develop materials for public meetings, municipal engagements, and government-facing initiatives.
• Support earned media, executive communications, and reputation-building efforts.
