Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Lead, Energy Market Development to build and execute our U.S. utility engagement strategy, focusing on day-to-day utility coordination, power access execution, and relationship development with utilities. You will manage relationships with U.S.

electric utilities, coordinate ESA negotiations, track timelines and risks, and partner with data center operations, legal, sustainability, and policy teams on power procurement across markets. This role supports CoreWeave’s U.S.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in utilities, energy infrastructure, grid operations, or large-scale power customers.
• Working knowledge of utility service, transmission and distribution systems, and interconnection processes.
• Experience interacting with utilities in a professional or commercial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day utility coordination, power access execution, and relationship development with U.S. electric utilities.
• Support negotiation and review of Electric Service Agreements (ESAs) and coordinate terms.
• Track timelines, requirements, and risks for power delivery across CoreWeave sites.
• Collaborate with data center operations, legal, sustainability, and policy teams on power feasibility and market expansion.
