Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in energy technologies (e.g. wind, solar, storage, EV infrastructure, decarbonization, midstream infrastructure, thermal generation, data centers, or other emerging energy infrastructure) and/or project-financing experience for our M&A Advisory Services team.

The successful candidate will combine complex project delivery leadership with account growth, commercial ownership, and team capability

Qualifications

• Lead high-impact M&A transactions across multiple energy technologies (e.g., wind, solar, storage, EV infrastructure, decarbonization, midstream infrastructure, thermal generation, data centers).
• Experience with project financing for M&A advisory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Our M&A team provides technical due diligence and advisory services to North American clients in support of M&A transactions such as purchases, sales, restructurings.
