POWERX is seeking an Energy Marshal to oversee energy isolation and LOTO processes across projects, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes safeguarding personnel and equipment throughout energy-related activities.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or safety and 5+ years in safety management, with strong training skills and a focus on continuous improvement in POWERX and Genelco sites.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement energy isolation and LOTO procedures.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards related to energy sources.
• Maintain accurate records of energy isolation activities and procedures.
• Provide training on energy isolation, LOTO, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage energy isolation and LOTO procedures.
• Ensure all energy isolation activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of energy isolation activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate energy isolation into timelines.
• Provide technical support on energy isolation and safety matters.
• Deliver training on energy isolation and LOTO and promote safety culture.
