Job summary

Nox Group, a leading construction enterprise, is seeking an experienced Energy Marshal to oversee and implement the company’s LOTO policies on construction projects. You will ensure work is performed safely with proper LOTO installations and coordinate turnover from construction to commissioning or client handover, acting as a safety liaison across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• Licensed Journeyman or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LOTO.
• Understanding of one-line diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to review equipment submittals.
• NFPA 70E trained and OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Energization Status and LOTO programs.
• Coordinate energization events and SIMOPS meetings.
• Ensure signage, barricades, and safe practices around live systems.
• Coordinate equipment readiness for energization.
• Act as liaison between construction, commissioning, operations and safety teams.
• Maintain a master energization tracker and audit LOTO logs.
• Approve or stop activities involving live systems if unsafe.
• Collaborate with GC safety and Owner safety teams.
• Review CMOP/FTE and LOTO scope identifications.
• Assist with procurement of LOTO supplies.
