Job summary

EarthStream Global seeks an experienced Energy Marshal to safeguard electrical safety across large-scale data center construction projects. You will own energy isolation planning, permit-to-work systems, LOTO implementation, switching procedures, and compliance with site standards.

You will serve as the site authority, coordinating with contractors, commissioning teams, and client representatives to ensure energized systems are planned, documented, and executed safely in mission-critical

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy marshal, electrical safety, or related role.
• Strong background in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and electrical isolations.
• Extensive experience with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and energy control procedures.
• Experience in data centers or other mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce electrical safety processes for construction, commissioning, startup, and operations on site.
• Lead energy isolation planning, PTW systems, LOTO implementation, and switching procedures.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and industry requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, commissioning teams, facility operators, and client representatives to plan, document, and execute energized work safely.
