Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct initiatives. You will supervise engineering, procurement, scheduling, and field teams, manage contracts and subcontracts, and ensure safety and quality requirements are met on site.

You will coordinate with customers to ensure alignment with project goals, monitor budget and timeline, and mentor junior staff while overseeing subcontractor performance and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent, with substitution possible.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, DB/EPC projects in energy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build/EPC projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee contract administration, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Plan and report on project performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for effective execution.
• Mentor junior staff and manage field operations when needed.
• Administer changes to the prime contract and prepare WV/VO packages.
