Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead project phases and/or multiple smaller projects around $500k in value. The role covers from proposal and bidding through to profitable completion with a strong emphasis on safety and client expectations.

You will work with a team to ensure reliable delivery, quality, and adherence to budgets, scheduling, and regulatory standards, while maintaining professional standards and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Civil projects is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects approx. $500k or less.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal/bidding through profitable completion.
• Maintain focus on safety performance and client satisfaction.
• Be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, and professional.
