Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a self-driven Project/Construction Manager who serves as an owner's representative on EPC projects and leads ARM’s own design-build deliveries. The role covers energy infrastructure from 1 to 10 MW, including solar PV, BESS, and electrical substations, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance from Notice to Proceed through turnover.

The position is full‑time and based at offices in Hershey, Mechanicsburg, Columbia (MD), Cary (NC), or Ashland (VA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or construction management experience on solar PV, BESS, electrical substation, or other energy infrastructure.
• Experience managing 1–10 MW projects through construction to commissioning.
• Experience with design-build and EPC oversight.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for ARM's design-build solar or energy infrastructure projects from contract execution through client handover.
• Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, and construction resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and field performance; review bids and support subcontractor selection.
• Maintain budgets, cost forecasts, and change management; report financial performance to leadership.
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager during execution with regular progress updates.
• Ensure design deliverables meet permit, utility, and construction requirements; manage RFIs and submittals.
