Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Maryland is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of projects in the energy infrastructure sector, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality while exceeding client expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical engineering design or project management, strong planning and communication skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and the ability to travel up to 80% to job sites.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, materials and methods, and financial management.
Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrates leadership and ability to address challenges and motivate others.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe work environment through site planning and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
Lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders (handoff, kickoff, etc.).
Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in line with estimates.
Monitor project cost reviews and manage billing and collections to support schedule and budget.
