Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to assist the Project Manager on engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction tasks across development and execution phases. The role involves coordinating activities, supporting schedule development, and working across multiple projects.

You will contribute to safety plans, cost control, RFI handling, and close-out processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction project experience including planning and management aspects.
• Prefer EPC/design-build experience and Power Delivery industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution of the project.
• Assist in developing the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction management.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits for PM review.
• Collaborate with Safety on safety plans, incident reporting and investigations.
• Assist PM with monthly project review reports and financial reviews/closeouts.
• Assist with RFI submittals using QISG’s document management system.
• Provide feedback to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
• Support procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Facilitate project close-out and warranty administration.
• Perform post-construction cost reviews and lessons learned.
• May act as PM when PM unavailable if qualified.
